The iPhone version of Boulder Slider is licensed, not sold. Your use of it is governed by Apple’s Standard End User Licence Agreement for Licensed Applications.
Additional terms
The Boulder Slider Terms of Use provide additional information about gameplay, locally stored scores, advertising, availability, and acceptable use. If those terms conflict with Apple’s Standard End User Licence Agreement or rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law, Apple’s agreement and applicable law take priority.
