Privacy Policy

Overview

This policy explains how Boulder Slider, published by Pecking26, handles information when you use the mobile game. Boulder Slider does not require an account and does not ask you to provide your name, email address, contacts, photos, or precise location.

Information stored on your device

Your high score, rating-prompt history, and basic game preferences are stored locally on your device. Pecking26 does not receive this information. You can remove it by clearing the app’s data or uninstalling the app.

Advertising and information processed by Google

Boulder Slider uses Google AdMob to provide optional rewarded ads and occasional ads between completed games. Google and its advertising partners may automatically process information such as:

• device and advertising identifiers, where permitted;
• IP address and approximate location derived from it;
• ad views, interactions, and performance information;
• device, app, and diagnostic information; and
• consent and privacy choices.

This information may be used to deliver and measure ads, limit repeated ads, detect fraud, maintain security, and—where you have consented and local law permits—personalise advertising.

Google describes its practices in Google’s Privacy Policy and How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services. Pecking26 requires third-party services used by the game to handle information consistently with this policy and applicable privacy law.

Your privacy choices

Where required, Boulder Slider shows Google’s consent form before requesting ads. If privacy options are available for your region, a privacy icon appears in the game so you can review or change those choices later. You can also limit advertising tracking through your device settings.

Boulder Slider does not currently request Apple’s App Tracking Transparency permission and does not directly access Apple’s advertising identifier.

Data retention

Locally stored game information remains on your device until you clear the app’s data or uninstall it. Information processed by Google is retained according to Google’s policies and your applicable advertising and privacy settings.

Children’s privacy

Boulder Slider is a general-audience game and is not directed to children under 13. Pecking26 does not knowingly collect personal information directly from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information in connection with the app, please contact us through the support page.

International processing

Google and its service providers may process information in countries other than the country where you live. Their processing is governed by their own privacy terms and applicable data-protection safeguards.

Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated if the game, advertising services, or legal requirements change. The effective date at the top of this page will show when it was last revised.
