Quick help

My high score disappeared

Scores are stored only on your device. Clearing app data, uninstalling the app, or moving to another device can remove them.

A rewarded ad was unavailable

Ads require an internet connection and are not always available. If an ad cannot load, wait briefly and try again. A rescue is awarded only after the rewarded ad completes.

I want to change my advertising privacy choices

Where privacy options are required for your region, tap the privacy icon near the top of the game. You can also review advertising and tracking controls in your phone’s settings.

The game does not fit my screen

Boulder Slider is designed for portrait play. Make sure portrait orientation is available, restart the app, and install the latest available version.

Report a problem

You can report a problem through the project’s GitHub issue page. Include your phone model, operating-system version, app version, and a short description of what happened. Do not post passwords, payment information, advertising identifiers, or other sensitive information.
