Terms of Use
Effective and last updated: 11 September 2026
Using the game
These terms apply when you download or use Boulder Slider. By using the game, you agree to use it lawfully and in accordance with these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the game.
Licence
Pecking26 gives you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable licence to install and play Boulder Slider on devices you own or control, subject to the applicable app-store rules.
You may not copy, sell, rent, redistribute, reverse engineer, interfere with, or misuse the game except where applicable law expressly permits it.
Scores and game progress
Scores, unlocks, and other game results have no monetary value. Local scores or preferences may be lost if you clear app data, uninstall the game, replace your device, or experience a device failure. The game currently does not provide accounts or cloud backup.
Advertising
Boulder Slider may show optional rewarded ads and occasional interstitial ads between games. Ad availability, content, and duration are controlled by third-party advertising providers and may vary. You should never be charged merely for viewing an ad in Boulder Slider.
Availability and changes
We may fix, change, suspend, or discontinue parts of the game when reasonably necessary for security, compatibility, legal compliance, or product improvement. We do not guarantee that the game or advertising services will always be available or error-free.
Responsibility
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Boulder Slider is provided “as is” without warranties beyond those that cannot legally be excluded. Pecking26 is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the game. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law.
App-store terms
Your use of Boulder Slider is also subject to the rules of the store from which you downloaded it. The iPhone version is licensed under the Boulder Slider End User Licence Agreement. If these terms conflict with mandatory app-store terms, the mandatory store terms apply.
